I am no stranger to fitness and sports.
I was a swimmer, sprinter, volleyball player and soccer player.
As an adult, I participated in several sprint triathlons, half marathons, and tough mudder and bodybuilding competitions.
While many trainers can write about their amazing physical transformations, I am not one of them. I did not struggle with my weight, I struggled with a negative outlook of my body, and feelings of low self worth.
When I first decided to become a personal trainer, I was fearful because I was not confident in my ability to make a connection.
But then I remembered my WHY.
I am passionate about empowering other women to love their bodies and to be happy with the woman in the mirror.
My goal is to uplift other women and help them transcend into the best version of themselves, and in all aspects of their lives.
It’s tough to start, but it’s never too late to
change.
Fitness is a journey, the change is lifelong, not seasonal.
Your best self is waiting for you.
