What are you thankful for?

November 28, 2022

What are you grateful for?

Today I am grateful for the privilege to be alive, to breathe, to think, to feel, and to love. I am even more thankful for the overwhelming support and encouragement that I received from my 3 Day Live Series: From Powerless to Powerful ~ No More Hiding.

Doing the series really solidified for me how much more alike we are than we are different and in sharing elements of my story, it helped me to realize how much of a blessing I can be for someone else.

I believe we all have a purpose and our triumphs, whether its over disease, overcoming hard times, or any kind of struggle, could be confirmation or hope for someone else who may be feeling powerless.

I struggle with showing up, and while no one asked me to, a part of me feels compelled to; a part of me knows its much bigger than me, a part of me feels obligated, a part of me also knows that showing up can help and heal.

This past year alone has been one of shifting, releasing, believing and overcoming.

However, my journey is just beginning, the work is ongoing and i am exactly where I am supposed to be.

My message, although directed at high achieving women in their forties, is for anyone that it touches.

As someone who found it difficult to seek and ask for help, who felt the need to be strong in every aspect of my life, who sometimes allowed external influences to stifle my internal knowing, who took for granted taking care of my overall well-being.....

If this relates, know that I SEE YOU!

I used to think otherwise but it takes courage to be vulnerable, and i am here for it.

"Vulnerability is not winning or losing. It's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage."
@Brenebrown

The highlight for me in doing the series were the unexpected and overwhelming responses I received from so many of you thanking me for sharing and for pouring into your lives.

Thank you for your encouragement and support. 55357;56469;55357;56469;
