So earth-shattering and sexy, right? Hey, hear me out!
Try not just to recall what you don’t like about veggies. I’ve learned it’s all about how they are prepared, and often, when mixed into something delicious or in a new recipe, you won’t mind them one bit. And when you realize the power of longevity and wellness they bring, you’ll make them happen one way or another!
Perhaps some vegetables you have dismissed deserve another chance...maybe prepared in an entirely different way and consumed with a smile.
Non-starchy veggies have one-third the calories of their starchy counterparts, so you can eat a BUNCH of them for very few calories and TONS of health benefits: your success in long-term health largely depends on this!
